Shipping Policy

Celtic Touch delivers worldwide. 
In-Stock orders are being dispatched within 5 working days. However, if your Items contain a custom personalization this WILL extend the dispatch. The dispatch timeframe,  when applicable, is stated on the individual items. The dispatch timeframe is dependant on busy periods and the timeframe given is the maximum expectance.


We use standard An Post to deliver our parcels. First Class Delivery can be chosen at checkout with an additional upgrade charge.
Please note all delivery times are approximate and once we have mailed your item we can not influence the delivery time.
Customs and Import Charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our price.
Please make sure to input your address correctly as it is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct. If an item is returned back to us with an incorrect address you will need to make an additional payment for the second outward shipping.

Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
An Post

For multiple items orders or heavy orders we might avail of a different carrier to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Times stated during Checkout are delivery times only and do not include processing time.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. This will be emailed to you using the email address you have confirmed on your order. Please make sure you enter the correct details.

Pre Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item alongside other items from our shop, all the items will be shipped together unless you request differently. 
Please note that you will be charged for any additional shipping and handling if you choose to have items sent separately. The extra postage can be paid via Paypal invoice.

Orders Not Received
If you have not received an order you have placed with us, then please get in contact with us and we will do our best to get this resolved for you.

Right to Cancel and Refunds
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your Purchase with Celtic Touch, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, the payment will be returned. If you need to return the goods, please follow the instructions outlined below.
If goods arrive in a damaged condition it is your responsibility to inform us within 3 days of delivery. This will include sending photographic evidence for us to inspect.
If there are any shortages it is your responsibility to notify us within 3 days of delivery.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 3 days from delivery. Mistakes made on your part will not be refunded or replaced. Mistakes made by us will either be refunded or replaced.

Custom Orders
You can cancel your order as long as no work has been started. If work has been started, then no refund for the cancellation will be made. If special items had been purchased for your item but no work has begun, then the cost of these will be deducted from the refund.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns can't be accepted for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Pre Order Guidelines
Please note all pre-orders are binding. Payments are being taken at the time of order. 
If for some reason you need to amend/change or cancel your order please contact us directly to advise of this. Simply not responding to emails/messages is not acceptable and you will be excluded from future pre-order options. We try to accommodate where we can and understand that we all have influences outside of our control and sometimes circumstances will change, and we will take these into account if you do need to make a change to your agreed order.
There may be occasions where the supplier can not provide all of the requested stock, if this is the case you will be notified and advised of this. The orders will then take priority on a first-come-first-served basis. We will advise when the next order will be available and ask if you want to be included in that. If you agree to this, the pre-order guidelines above will still apply.

How to Return an Item or Order
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned including original packaging. Unless there is a manufacturer defect, however, we still ask that you send back all packaging with the item. Your must advise and return the item within 10 days of your purchase if faulty and within 10 days if you wish to return an unwanted item or exchange. If the time frame has lapsed, please contact Celtic Touch direct to see what we can do for you. 
Please note we will not be held responsible for any loss on any items that have not been authorized as a return.

Return Exceptions
Some items in addition to previously stated can not be returned if they have been used, Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Original packaging must be intact and returned.

Exchanges 
As long as the returnable items are in their original packaging and are unused. It is your responsibility to pay return shipping.
You should send the item/s you wish to exchange back recorded delivery and provide proof of postage, with a note confirming your request. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Return Postage
The buyer will be liable for the cost of returning items unless the item is damaged/broken or sent in error. 
In line with the Distance Seller Regulations and now the Consumer Contracts Regulations in Ireland all returns, where the order is returned in full and a resalable condition you will receive a full refund. We will advise how best to return the item and which shipping to use. 

Coupon Codes

Coupon Codes can be redeemed at the checkout. Only ONE code per person per order. If Coupon/ Discount codes are used incorrectly your order will be stopped and you will be contacted to arrange payment or the order will be canceled. Payments will be invoiced via Paypal. Please note Special Offer items and already discounted items do not attract discounts.
